Emma and Nathan’s October wedding was set in the outskirts of Snohomish at the woodsy venue of the Lookout Lodge. This sweet couple will go down in the history of my photography business ventures as one of the firsts to trust me with their wedding day. So thank you two. I enjoyed every moment with you as we dreamed about then saw to completion this incredible union on October 6th, 2018! Emma was so creative through every detail from the handmade save the dates to the perfectly fall colored bridesmaid dresses and handsome tweed suits. Her mother sewed the floral ties for the gentlemen which were the perfect touch against their earthy tones. Her flowing lace dress was as sweet and elegant as Emma’s personality. And you should’ve seen her bust a move in it! I LOVE a couple that enjoys every bit of their wedding day, and Emma and Nathan laughed and soaked up every moment!
Some favorite parts of the day included when they potted a willow branch with soil from both their families home during the ceremony, when Nathan took the mic from his choked up parents to toast their love, generosity, and family, and how the wedding party danced till the very last song despite the October night chill! So many beautiful moments to kick off a lifetime of adventures. Emma and Nathan headed off from their wedding night to enjoy the breathtaking sights of Banf, Canada. Enjoy married life you two!
