This past weekend my husband and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary! It was our first to be celebrated in our new home of Chelan, Washington so we took advantage of my amazing parent’s offer to come over and watch the kiddos so we could do a 24 hour getaway. We haven’t had a full 24 hours to ourselves since we drove the moving truck out here without the babes and we were pumped! You see, we’ve really grown to love this marriage thing. For a 24 hour getaway we felt like we packed a lot in. A last minute boat rental in our town, Lake Chelan, a visit to a Walmart in Omak for breakfast supplies, dinner in a ghost town, a back country drive in the dark to our off the grid Airbnb in Tonasket, and a quick morning exploration/photo opp. I love cozy lifestyle sessions with love birds so I decided to document our own!
