This early spring Lake Chelan surprise proposal was absolute perfection. The couple had never been to the Pacific Northwest and Andrew decided that Lake Chelan would be the picture perfect place to start. Literally start in so many ways! Andrew contacted local Chelan wedding planner Ellie Haisch to help him plan a dream proposal to his enchanting girlfriend Kathy. Ellie and I teamed up to find the ideal location near their rental house, the perfect sunset timing, the spot to drop the knee and a sweet intimate picnic full of local goods to enjoy with a fluted glass of local champagne. When the day arrived, we were blessed by the most perfect early spring weather you could for ask for on the shores of beautiful Lake Chelan. With the lake levels still at their winter low, Willow Pointe Park has the most picturesque expansive beach that has a panoramic lake view. Ellie and I watched on from our “girl’s beach picnic out” disguised location and saw this sweet proposal unfold. Cheers to the newly engaged couple!
