Taylor and Alex’s Chelan Columbia River Wedding was one of the sweetest occasions to attend and witness. I first met them at their engagement shoot in 2022 in the hills behind Tsillan Cellars and wrapping up on the beautiful Chelan Butte. The months leading up to their Labor Day weekend wedding were full of anticipation and prayers that there would be no smoke. The week prior to the day, the Chelan area was hit hard with Canadian and Cascade fire smoke, but by their wedding date it had all cleared up and we had the most beautiful full sun and high heat day you could ask for! The wedding was held at the Wolfe’s property down on the Columbia River. It was SO well designed and executed. From the tent with the hanging woven lights, to the back deck that was whimsically transformed with draping fabrics and umbrellas and the picturesque river flowing behind the ceremony location. It was all stunning. Taylor’s dress made for a perfectly elegant silhouette on her body and her light florals popped against the green and blue wedding party. Our sunset photo time was sweet and perfect just wandering the property down to the lake and soaking up those newlywed forever feels. The rest of the evening went beautifully and everyone enjoyed themselves from the dance floor to the bar to the photobooth! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Dehn!
