6.18.22 was a celebration of the year for John and Angela’s wedding at Siren Songs Winery in Chelan, WA! What a sweet day for a lovely couple. I met John and Angela last summer for their engagement shoot in Lake Chelan. They were so easy to photograph as their kindness just spills out to those around them. John is clearly outgoing, but Angela does not back when she’s ready to join in the fun! A memorable quote from the wedding was Angela getting ready and saying to me, “This is fun… Can you take some more pictures of me like this?!” Love you Angela!
I so enjoyed my time with both of them on their wedding day. We had clear blue Chelan skies for the first half of the day which turned to surprise thunderstorms right before the reception. As it rained buckets, nobody complained and everyone enjoyed a wonderful meal from Siren Song Events. The tent was warm with laughter and incredible toasts to the bride and groom. The cake, THAT CAKE, was absolutely delicious (Yes, I enjoyed the sugar boost during my photo rounds. I can NEVER say no to cake. It’s my kryptonite.) The dance floor in the tasting room of Siren Songs never disappoints! There was country music blasting, wine being poured, hot fired pizzas brought in, and the groom’s well honed dance moves lighting fire across the floor. What a party! The wedding party, family, guests, and team at Siren Songs really made this wedding a wonderful event to remember.
